The Story Behind Biz Brainery
Melissa Sager understands the unique challenges for small businesses and organizations since her career has been spent in these environments. For her, that small business environment cultivated innovation, inspired enthusiasm and identified her aptitude for utilizing technology to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. It also widened exposure to all aspects of the organization and prepared her for leading cross departmental projects, strategic planning, and building relationships. This is where Melissa adopted a more holistic approach to problem solving, enriched by true collaboration with all team members and different disciplines. She may be an Accountant by profession, but is an open minded Businesswoman by practice. She applies this methodology to her client engagements, with a passion for helping business owners and staff reach their fullest potential.
